1000 piece puzzle featuring the artwork of Alexa Guariglia. Alexa Guariglia’s paintings combine watercolor, ink, and gouache into richly layered compositions, recasting familiar places—a nail salon, a movie theater, or, as in Paper Palace, a library—as elaborate, self-contained worlds. Rooted in Guariglia’s earnest curiosity and keen observation, her works offer a new way of seeing the everyday, inviting viewers to find joy in the ephemeral, and seek out magic in the spaces they inhabit. Alexa Guariglia (b. 1990, Brooklyn, NY) lives and works in Providence, RI and has presented solo exhibitions at Moskowitz Bayse, Los Angeles, CA; and Yossi Milo Gallery, New York, NY. She holds a BFA from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA.
