Shipping

Puzzledly offers multiple shipping options from USPS and UPS. For US domestic orders under $45, we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.50 per order. All domestic orders over $45 will receive free shipping! Please note expedited shipping options are not inclusive of processing times.

Puzzledly ships to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and most military addresses (via the U.S. Postal Service) & Canada. Puzzledly does not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship orders of in-stock inventory within 1 business day of receiving your order. For orders containing pre-order items, your order will ship by the date you were provided at the time of ordering. We will contact you if any shipping delays occur.

Returns and exchanges

Puzzledly accepts returns of unopened products purchased from puzzledly.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received.Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Puzzledly does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Missing/Damaged Pieces

Is your Puzzledly jigsaw puzzle anything less than perfect? With our puzzle piece replacement policy, we will make it right — no questions asked

Send us an email with a picture of your almost-completed puzzle  to hello@puzzledly.com. Please make sure that the image is clear enough for us to see which piece(s) need to be replaced. We will mail you the exact piece(s) that you need to complete your puzzle for free.

In most cases, we can have your replacement pieces in the mail within 1 business day of receiving your email w/ clear photo of your completed puzzle.
