This is the first review I’ve ever written for anything, but I think it’s important for customers to know that Puzzeldly does NOT provide customer service for puzzles they sell that are DEFECTIVE. The puzzle we received had two duplicate pieces and was MISSING a piece, therefore it could not be completed. I completed all the steps to make a return/exchange for a new puzzle that wasn’t defective. I even had to take a picture of our DEFECTIVE one. After submitting the information, my request was rejected. I am incredibly upset and disgusted by Puzzledly’s lack of help and lack of concern for customer service.
