The puzzle is so cute! Very vibrant, dazzling, and colorful. But, I realized that the last two pieces provided did not fit my puzzle. I reached out to Puzzledly to resolve this issue. That was on 10/12. After providing proof, I was then added to a help chain with WerkShoppe which turned to nothing for a few weeks. I have now been invited to get on a call with the VP of Operations to explain the situation, after they've had enough time to "spend and think on this". That response came yesterday (10/30) after I had to reach out to Puzzledly again! It's now Halloween and the "trick" is on me because I still don't have a complete puzzle. My experience as a first-time customer of Puzzledly and WerkShoppe has been far from a "treat".
