I put together the Disco puzzle over the course of two weekends and found this one really satisfying to finish. The vibrant colors of the bottom-left third were the most fun--I wonder what was reflecting on the artist's model that produced this design (was it the artist's own face and clothing reflecting in the mirrored tiles, or artwork and furnishings in their studio, or was it painted entirely from the artist's mind and original conception). The remaining two-thirds-ish of the puzzle is white, grey, ivory, khaki, light blue, and lavender which are more challenging to build. I love working puzzles of painted or drawn artwork because it feels more intimate to work with the artist's brushstrokes and experience the artistic choices they made at this scale. The round silver box is its own aesthetic pleasure. Now go get your cake out of the rain!

The puzzle was very pretty with pieces that are iridescent but not so much so the in the normal light it is an issue. When using an overhead light, it was very difficult to work on due to the shine. Biggest frustration was that the pieces do not hold together - at all. Not sure if this is typical of this brand. On the upside that made it the easiest puzzle in history to take apart. Difficulty was high but that is what I wanted.

I love this brand, but generally don't prefer circular puzzles. This one was quite difficult. Quality is great.
