I want to say off the bat this lower score is not a reflection of Puzzledly. This was a pre-order and completely new design/concept, so when I received it, it was brand new, fresh off the press.
I was saving this puzzle for a special occasion, and when it was time to build it, I was very excited. I love, love the design. When I opened the box, I noticed that many of the puzzle pieces were still together. I know that happens from time to time, but in this case, it was about a 1/4 of the puzzle. Then, as I was beginning my sorting process, I noticed that several the pieces were bent. As I continued to sort, I was finding pieces that were torn or snapped in half. I'm not one to have my phone with me when I do a puzzle, because it's precisely why I'm doing the puzzle, to get away from my phone, but in this instance, I had to grab it to take pictures of some of the pieces. It was getting really upsetting how damaged they were. Another thing I noticed was that as I was doing the puzzle, it would leave a residue on my hands that did not use to happen with Le Pauz. I noticed they no longer manufacture their puzzles in the same place, and I think the quality change is pretty noticeable. Which is really sad, because it use to be my very favorite brand. And I was right, I LOVED the puzzle design in action except for it pained me every time I had to very carefully put in one of the bent pieces and hope that it didn't render it completely useless for a rebuild. The puzzles are way too pricey for only one build and multiple bent pieces.

This was my first build with this brand and I’m in love. The pieces are sturdy and I appreciate the matte finish. I’ll definitely order more.

Phenomenal quality - sturdy pieces, superior fit and excellent cut. The pieces snap into place but easy to take apart. And you can move sections around easily. The artwork was absolutely adorable!!!

This is my second build of this brand. I enjoy the fit and feel of the pieces and look forward to the next releases.
