Please email us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number as soon as you realize your mistake. We may be able to update the shipping address before the order is fulfilled. This is not guaranteed since we do ship orders very quickly (typically within 24 hours).

If your order has already been shipped and has the wrong shipping address, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-route.

If an order is returned to us by the mailing carrier due to an incorrect shipping address, we will refund that order (minus the cost of shipping) as soon as we receive the package. You will receive an email notification about the refund when it is processed. If you would like to arrange reshipment to a different address, please email us at orders@puzzledly.com to schedule it.

To update or cancel your order, please email us ASAP at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and request. We can not guarantee that these changes can be made after the order is placed. Once the order is fulfilled (picked up by the carrier), we can not make any changes.

Puzzledly ships worldwide! USA orders over $85 receive free ground shipping. For orders outside of the USA, enter your shipping address at checkout to see shipping costs. Taxes and duties may be applied at checkout.

Yes, you can add more to your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet! Please email us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and the puzzles you would like to add.

Our payment processor does not allow us to collect gift cards as a form of payment on orders that contain pre-order puzzles. As of 8/26/25, Puzzledly has removed gift cards from the rewards program and replaced it with promo codes. These promo codes will be able to be redeemed at checkout with any pre-order!

If you have an old gift card that you would like to redeem on a pre-order, please email us at orders@puzzledly.com to request that we convert your gift card to a promo code.

Yes! We are happy to create a special pre-order for you for any out of stock puzzles on our website. Please email us at orders@puzzledly.com to start the request.

Send us an email with your order number and a picture of your almost-completed puzzle to orders@puzzledly.com. Please make sure that the image is clear enough for us to see which piece(s) need to be replaced. 

We will use this information to open a support claim with the manufacturer for your puzzle. They may be able to provide a piece replacement or reimbursement. Missing piece replacement is not guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to help!

It depends on who manufactured your puzzle and if a perfect replacement piece is available for your puzzle. In most cases, a replacement piece will be provided to you within 2 weeks.

Puzzledly accepts returns of unopened products purchased from puzzledly.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

You will need your order number & email address used at the time of placing the order. We can provide you with a return shipping label for $10, which is deducted from your refund. You can arrange your own return shipping as well.

Please contact us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and pictures of the defects so we can help you with a replacement. To avoid delays, DO NOT create a return in our return portal. Emailing us is the only way to resolve this issue.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can start a return and select "Store Credit" as the refund method — which can be used as the payment method for a new order.

Please allow up to 1 week of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Refunds will be applied to the payment method (original or store credit) selected when the return was created. 

Yes. Please email us at orders@puzzledly.com with the following information to start a return:

• Your name & shipping address
• The name of the person who gifted you the puzzle
• The name of the puzzle that you would like to return

We can provide you with a return shipping label for $10, which is deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit, which can be used to create a new order.

Some puzzle manufacturers do not shrink wrap their puzzle boxes so that does not mean that it is a used puzzle. If the puzzle pieces are not contained inside a bag in the puzzle box, this may mean that it has been used. Please contact us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and details on the issue so we can assist.

We sell puzzles from over 100 different brands that are manufactured all over the world — China, United States, France, and more! Click the "Chat" button in the lower right corner to ask us where a specific puzzle is manufactured.

It depends on the puzzle manufacturer. Please double check the puzzle description on our website to see if it includes a poster or not.

Since we stock puzzles from 100 different brands, the restock date will vary for each. If the puzzle is still listed on our website, it will likely be restocked soon (unless it is sold out by the manufacturer). We offer a few options to help with these requests:

1. You can click on the "Chat" button on the lower right screen to ask us for the restock date of a specific puzzle. Please allow us up to 48 hours to get back to you with an answer.
2. Sign up for a restock notification for that puzzle. The form to sign up for the notification is on any out of stock puzzle's product page. You can provide your email or phone number to receive a notification as soon as we add more into inventory.
3. You can create a pre-order for the out of stock puzzle by emailing us at orders@puzzledly.com to create the order. We will ship your paid pre-order within 1 business day of us receiving that inventory.
