This puzzle is GORGEOUS but because of the glow-in-the-dark ink it DID need to air out for a week in an empty room because it had an intense chemical odor when I opened the box. Thankfully the smell is gone now! I tested the glow with a flashlight and it looks very cool, but it faded pretty quickly, which isn't too surprising. The ink also gives it a slightly rough texture which might bother some people, and the pieces don't slide over each other as easily as the usual glossy pieces.
Overall though, it's very pretty and challenging and exactly what I wanted!

This puzzle is fantastic. It’s quite challenging but there’s enough subtle differences in colors and textures to not get stuck or frustrated. The pieces are good quality and piece cut is unique but not too bizarre - I did have one false fit up in the owls. There’s an odd rough texture from the glow in the dark so the pieces don’t slide over each other as smoothly as other puzzles so that may bother some people. Overall I love it and am looking forward to doing it again.

I love this puzzle, but it is HARD. By far the most challenging cardboard puzzle I have ever done. But also addictive and super fun- the colors are very similar and there are so false fits, but there are (very subtle!) differences in pattern and texture across the image, so it really forces you to relax, slow down, and pay attention. I love the final image and the weird texture of the pieces, due to the glow in the dark coating, was enjoyable to me (sort of a grainy feeling to the puzzle), but might irritate anyone with tactile sensitivities. FANTASTIC final image.
