The mini puzzle "Rescue Mission" by La Pauz, 99 pieces. Illustrated by Laura El, Halloween is fast approaching. While out for a walk, we witness a strange rescue mission in front of a small bookstore. A mysterious magical hole hidden beneath a New York manhole cover is now open. We can see a tall ghost, a young girl and her dog pulling on a rope from that mysterious place.

What a fun piece of artwork. This one was such a cute image to assemble. Not at all difficult despite the dark colors. Great quality puzzle.

This is my second la pauz 99 piece puzzle and I am so pleased with the quality. The pieces are a nice satin matte and fit together well enough to pick up large chunks. The box feels premium. Such a nice way to take a quick break.

La Pauz makes the best 99-piece minis. The pieces are thick and precise, always cleanly cut, no puzzle dust. As the previous reviewer said, even when the colors are dark, the details are clear, and I like that this illustration is a different (and more fantastical) street scene from Laura El.
