Look at this packaging. Look at that beautiful velvet ribbon that ties in a bow at the front. How am I supposed to gift this when it's so pretty? Luckily for me, I bought this set for myself!
You can wiggle the boxes out without untying the ribbon. The puzzle pieces are bagged in sealed baggies, and there is a mini poster provided. I love how the bottom of each box has the company and artist printed, so these can all be gift these individually if you'd like.
EDIT:
I have to redact a star, because...nope, nope, nope! The holographic film is a big NO. It covers the whole puzzle for all three designs, and if you're familiar with holo effects (e.g. trading cards) the way light diffracts made all the colors blend into a homogenous blob of either white or black, eliminating all details. The only way to see the clear image is from an angle where the light is not bouncing off it. This was especially bad for the lightest design, "Creep It Real". It made the whole experience much more frustrating than it should have been. I would have much rather preferred holo in select areas, or none at all. The holo does photograph nicely for the dark colors, but it only photographs nicely and doesn't show up in person lol.

To be fair, a lot of it could have been user error. I puzzle in the evening after work, which means less natural light, especially now that the sun sets earlier. I also don't have the best lighting, and I decided to do them all without looking at the image.
So, it's my previous review still stands, but you can bet I'll never buy a fully holographic puzzle again.
